Echo
Watch the pads light up, then play the sequence back. Each round you finish adds a step and starts again from the beginning. The flashes get brisker as you go but never too quick to follow, and the harder tiers deal more pads so each step is harder to hold on to.
How it works
- Watch the pads light up in order, then tap them back in the same order.
- Every sequence you finish adds another step and starts again from the beginning.
- The flashes get brisker the longer you last, but never too quick to see.
- Take your time on each tap — the allowance refreshes with every correct pad.
- Your score is the sequences completed. One wrong pad ends the run.
The same rules are shown inside the app, on the puzzle’s overview screen — one tap opens the difficulty choice and how to play together, so you never have to go looking for them.

Good if you want…
- Memory rather than reflexes
- No reading at all
- A run where you know exactly why you lost
Echo in Winters Puzzles
Echo is one of 32 puzzles in Winters Puzzles, so it sits alongside Runner, Tower Stack, Threader and everything else in the app rather than being a download of its own. It can turn up in Today’s Mix, and it counts towards your stats and streak like any other puzzle.
